Mysore .....The Memorable Journey !!!
It was 17th February,2012. Started My journey to mysore,As we are asked to report at the Infy,mysore campus the day prior to joining date i.e., 20th,Feb. Me along with few other friends boarded prasanthi Express from anakapalli to bangalore,the next day we reached destination .Generally two trains will run between bangalore and mysore,one in the desk and one in the dawn.As we landed there in the noon,we opted for Roadways (KSRTC) -150 kms,3 hrs,multi axle bus ... Absolutely awesome climate,No pollution,No traffic,All the way on the highway,we find the sign boards of Resorts,Advertisements of Kannada heroes(Mostly Punneth Rajkumar and Upendra's posters).
All Set to go, we reached Mysore,the city of Heritage.We took two rooms in the local lodge,Kept all the luggage and started roaming on the roads,Different Culture,Different People,Awesome and historical city it is,returned back to room after a light meal.All the night ,flow of dreams flashed in my mind.came far away from parents and college friends and entering into a fantasy world i call it as Infosys,mysore.Boarded a local transport to Mysore Campus from Mysore City (Bus number-116,if i remember).
